Ultimate Chicken Horse Launches on Noodlecake
Ultimate Chicken Horse has officially launched on mobile devices. Initially released by Clever Endeavour Games in 2016, this quirky party platformer makes its mobile debut courtesy of Noodlecake. Now you can experience the chaotic gameplay that sparks both laughter and frustration as players fall victim to their own clever traps.
Ultimate Chicken Horse: Where Friendly Sabotage Reigns Supreme
This unique game pits you against up to three friends in a race to the finish line - with a twist. Players select from charming animal characters including a chicken, horse, sheep, or raccoon while collaboratively building the course itself.
The real entertainment unfolds between jumps. Each round starts with competitors placing obstacles throughout the stage before attempting to complete it. Scoring works strategically - you only earn points if you succeed while others fail. Complete stalemates (either everyone finishes or no one does) result in zero points awarded.
With 17 diverse levels, players encounter inventive hazards, interactive mechanisms, and access to community-created content through the comprehensive level editor packed with traps and platforms.
A solo Challenge Mode exists, but character and level unlocks primarily require multiplayer sessions, particularly in the game's signature Party Mode.
The Evolution of Ultimate Chicken Horse
The concept originated from a game jam combining Modular, Phrase, and "The Ultimate _" themes. Early prototypes resembled Scribblenauts with letter-shaped platforms before evolving toward pure platforming mechanics influenced by Super Meat Boy's precise controls.
Now available on mobile, Ultimate Chicken Horse delivers spontaneous party entertainment anytime. The golden rule remains: design challenging paths to thwart friends without sabotaging your own chances.
The game supports both online and local multiplayer with shared controller options. A free trial version is available, with a single in-app purchase unlocking the complete experience. Download now from the Google Play Store.
