Mortal Kombat Mobile Marks 10th Anniversary with New Diamond, Gold Characters

Get ready, Mortal Kombat Mobile fans! Warner Bros International and NetherRealm Studios are rolling out a massive 10th anniversary update on March 25th. This update is packed with new fighters, an overhauled Faction Wars, a thrilling new challenge tower, and a heap of anniversary rewards to celebrate a decade of brutal, fast-paced kombat!

The spotlight of this update is the introduction of MK1 Geras as a new diamond-tier fighter. With his arsenal of abilities including power absorption, healing, and damage reflection, Geras is a force to be reckoned with. You can unlock him by grinding through the Realm Klash rewards or the Kombat Pass.

Joining the fray is Klassic Skarlet, the first gold-tier fighter capable of ascending to Level 5. She brings unblockable attacks, a new Gash debuff, and the ability to steal blood droplets from her enemies. You can acquire her through the Premium Plus Kombat Pass or the regular Kombat Pass.

The Faction Wars mode is being revamped and rebranded as Realm Klash. Now, instead of solely battling for Blood Rubies, you can choose from five different realms and compete for Realm Points over two-week seasons.

As part of the 10th Anniversary celebration, Mortal Kombat Mobile is introducing new ranks: Elder God, God, and Demi God. Blood Ruby Packs now feature new Kameo offers alongside MK1 Geras rewards. The mode has also received a visual update, new banners, leaderboards, and fixes for old exploits.

New Challenges Await in the Mortal Kombat Mobile 10th Anniversary

Prepare for an extreme test with the new Tower of Time, a limited-time event running for two weeks with only 50 floors. Collect seven new Tower of Time equipment pieces and grab the Brutality equipment sets for MK1 Smoke and MK1 Geras.

A new Fusion Boost modifier ensures the lowest fused card in your team gets a power-up, helping to balance your gameplay. Alongside the new tower, the Klassic Tower, Dark Queen’s Tower, and Black Dragon Tower are making a comeback.

To mark this significant anniversary, starting April 1st, you'll receive a free copy of each character featured in the anniversary promo every day for 10 days. Additionally, three gold-tier fighters—Lizard Jade, Edenian Blood Sindel, and Klassic Smoke—are now eligible for ascension.
