New Mercenaries Troop System Launched in Age of Empires Mobile

The beloved strategy series, *Age of Empires Mobile*, is expanding with the introduction of its innovative Mercenaries System, empowering players with enhanced control and formidable strength over their armies. Unlocking the Mercenary Camp at Level 26, players can now contract and recruit elite mercenary units, and further unlock and upgrade technologies unique to these warriors, enhancing their strategic gameplay.

Each mercenary group brings its own set of unique abilities to the battlefield:

Byzantine Cataphract:

• Boosts the damage of all hero skills within the army by [2%].
• Following the execution of skill damage by the troops, reduces all incoming damage to our troops by [3.5%] for [3] seconds.

Swiss Pikeman:

• Enhances the likelihood of triggering the hero’s pursuit or active skills across all troops by [1%].
• Decreases all damage sustained by troops by [2%].

Korean Archer:

• Increases the chance of activating the hero’s pursuit or active skills for all troops by [1%].
• Reduces all damage received by troops by [2%].

Players have the opportunity to acquire their first Mercenaries at no cost by participating in a new event, currently active alongside the system's launch.

This update to *Age of Empires Mobile* not only introduces new strategic elements but also allows players to explore intriguing "What if" scenarios.
