"Infinity Nikki Delays Version 1.6 After Community Outcry"

Following weeks of anticipation and player inquiries, the development team behind Infinity Nikki has finally addressed concerns surrounding the game’s tumultuous Version 1.5 launch. Players were quick to point out the unfinished nature of the update, and now the developers have acknowledged that they were indeed unprepared for the rollout. As a result, the highly anticipated Version 1.6 has been postponed.

When Will Version 1.6 Be Released?

Originally scheduled for June 4th, Version 1.6 has been rescheduled for June 12th. In the meantime, the ongoing Bubble Season will continue, keeping popular events such as Chase the Bubbles, Rainbow Album, and Where Are the Gifties? active until the update is rolled out. Additionally, stores like Pear-Pal Selected/Store: Clothing, Heartfelt Gifts, and the Shake Up Bubble Jar! top-up event will remain accessible until June 12th. Weekly activities, including Starlit Pursuit, initially planned for May 20th, will also be shifted to Version 1.6.

In an effort to address performance issues, particularly on platforms like PS, the team is fine-tuning gameplay systems. They assure players that the missing storyline Threads of Reunion hasn’t been abandoned—it’s simply been delayed.

Other Developments in Infinity Nikki

Players have recently encountered numerous bugs, broken quests, and co-op malfunctions. To compensate for these setbacks, the developers are offering 120 Diamonds and 1 Crystal per day from June 5th to June 12th to logged-in players. However, some gamers view this gesture as an attempt to boost engagement metrics following their missteps. Others are frustrated by the timing of promotional banners for new outfits, which appeared shortly after the apology was issued.
