In 2022, Jim Kay stepped down as the artist for the series. However, Bloomsbury Publishing announced on March 10 that Levi Pinfold will illustrate the final two books. Levi Pinfold previously designed the covers for the Harry Potter Hogwarts House Editions and contributed to The Harry Potter Wizarding Almanac as one of seven illustrators.
