Final Fantasy VII & Boba Bear Host Anniversary Event

Square Enix has just revealed an exciting new collaboration to celebrate the second anniversary of FFVII Ever Crisis: the Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis x Boba Bear Pop-Up. The event will feature both offline and online activities for fans to enjoy.

Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis x Boba Bear: A Bubbly Celebration Awaits!

Partnering with Boba Bear in Los Angeles' Koreatown, the collaboration will run from September 22nd to December 31st, 2025. The boba shop located at 414 S. Western Ave #C will be completely transformed into a real-life Seventh Heaven Bar, capturing the distinctive atmosphere of Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis.

The interior décor will faithfully recreate the bar's in-game ambiance. Visitors can look forward to specially themed drinks, engaging mini-games, unique photo spots, and other small activities inspired by the game.

Before the official public opening, Square Enix is hosting an exclusive anniversary celebration at Boba Bear on September 7th, from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

During this preview event, Square Enix Community members will be present to meet with fans. Attendees will experience the immersive setup while enjoying character-inspired beverages from the game.

How to Participate

Starting today, you can submit your request for Early Access through the official forums; submissions are open until August 24th. Only 25 lucky players and their guests will be selected to attend an intimate gathering on September 7th from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, featuring complimentary entry and a free themed drink.

Winners of the Early Access will receive a formal invitation from Square Enix Customer Support on or around August 28th. For those not selected, general reservations for the anniversary celebration open on August 30th via BobaBear.

Once the pop-up officially opens on September 22nd, everyone is welcome to visit the themed Seventh Heaven Bar experience. While reservations are not required, they are highly recommended due to the limited-time nature of this event, which runs through the end of 2025.

This collaboration continues Boba Bear's tradition of hosting successful anime and game-themed pop-ups, following previous partnerships with series like One Piece, Naruto, Arcane: League of Legends, and Demon Slayer.
