Genshin Impact 5.3 Update Coming Next Year: Mark Your Calendars!

Genshin Impact fans, get ready for an exciting update! Version 5.3, dubbed "Incandescent Ode of Resurrection," is set to launch on January 1st, 2025, bringing a wealth of new content to the beloved third-person ARPG by MiHoYo.

The update promises a bounty of free rewards, including 1600 Primogems, a new glider called Wings of Fate's Course Intertwined, 10 Intertwined Fates, a free four-star Liyue character, and a new outfit for Xiangling. These rewards will be available through in-game mail, daily log-in events, and the new Festive Fever event.

The main story will advance with Act Five of the Natlan's Archon Quest, where players will join Mauvika and the Traveler in their epic battle against the Abyss. Additionally, a new Pyro element will be introduced, enhancing gameplay dynamics.

Three new characters are set to join the roster: five-star characters Mavuika and Citlali, and four-star character Lan Yan. Each comes with unique abilities, including a motorbike for Mavuika, adding fresh excitement to the game.

The Hoyoverse community has much to look forward to in the new year. The Lantern Rite event is making a comeback, and new outfits for Hu Tao and Xiangling will be available. Two new bosses and the Rhythm Game will become permanent fixtures, ensuring there's always something new to explore.
