Wuthering Waves to Unveil Cyberpunk: Edgerunners Collab in Livestream

With Wuthering Waves' first anniversary just around the corner, excitement is building for what's in store. Kuro Games' action RPG has quickly become a fan favorite since its launch, and now, as the anniversary approaches, there's a lot to look forward to, including a high-profile collaboration.

Mark your calendars for April 19th, when Wuthering Waves will host an anniversary livestream on YouTube. This event promises to unveil details about the much-anticipated new character, Zai, along with a host of new events and other anniversary celebrations. But the real highlight? A first look at the collaboration with Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, the hit anime series inspired by CD Projekt Red's Cyberpunk 2077 and Mike Pondsmith's iconic TTRPG.

While the specifics of the Cyberpunk collaboration remain under wraps, fans can likely expect new cosmetics, in-game events, and possibly even crossover characters. This exciting partnership is set to add a new dimension to the Wuthering Waves experience.

With version 2.3 scheduled for release on April 29th, even those not particularly interested in collaborations have much to look forward to. A previously released trailer, shown above, hints at some playful anniversary content, featuring the main cast transformed into stylized cubes. The "Justice Cubes" are set to battle the "Evil Cube" in what promises to be a fun and engaging event.
