"Tsukuyomi: Divine Hunter - New Roguelike by Shin Megami Tensei Creator"

Dive into the thrilling world of Tsukuyomi: The Divine Hunter, a newly released roguelike card battler available on Android worldwide. Crafted by the visionary Kazuma Kaneko, renowned for his work on the Shin Megami Tensei and Persona series, this game showcases his signature style of surreal world-building and captivating demonic designs. Developed by the Japanese game studio COLOPL, Kaneko joined forces with them in 2023 to spearhead this innovative project.

Tsukuyomi: The Divine Hunter's AI-Driven System

A standout feature of Tsukuyomi: The Divine Hunter is its use of an AI-driven system, powered by a proprietary model named AI Kaneko, personally trained by Kaneko himself. This system, known as the Okami System, introduces an artificial deity named Okami who monitors your gameplay and decisions as you navigate through dungeons. Based on your playstyle, Okami dynamically generates new cards tailored to your behavior, enhancing your strategic options in real-time.

Setting and Storyline

The game is set within The Hashira, a high-rise in Tokyo's bayside area that has transformed from a cutting-edge complex into a monster-infested labyrinth. Your objective is to ascend to the top of the tower and confront Noriko Tomi, the president of the construction company responsible for The Hashira. As part of the elite national defense unit Tsukuyomi, your mission is to thwart Noriko's plans to overthrow the state using hidden jujutsu traps throughout the building.

Introducing New Characters

Embark on your journey with two new characters, Izayoi Tsukuyomi and Shingetsu Tsukuyomi. Izayoi focuses on a traditional approach, enhancing attack and defense through upgraded cards, with access to Jinma cards like Seiryu, Finn MacCool, Mormo, and Watanabe Tsuna. Conversely, Shingetsu employs chain attacks, enabling more complex strategies with Jinma cards such as Mach, Kirin, Kato Danzou, and Suzuka Gozen. Keep an eye out for future updates that will introduce Mangetsu and Hangetsu to the roster.
