Before tackling the Bull Mural, ensure you've Pack-a-Punched your gun and defeated a Shock Mimic to obtain the Monocle. This item is essential for the subsequent steps in assembling the Ice Staff. With the Monocle in hand, navigate to the rightmost side of the tomb area, where you'll spot purple lanterns.

Your next task is to shoot all the purple lanterns in the vicinity until the light in front of the Bull Mural illuminates.
