The Animal Festival is a yearly event in *Fields of Mistria*, similar to other seasonal town gatherings. If you miss it one year due to other in-game commitments or simply forget, don't worry—you'll have another chance the following year. Mark your calendar, as the festival rolls around on the **10th day of the Winter season**. This gives you plenty of time to prepare your animals, ensuring they're in top shape to compete for the top prize.

How to Win the Animal Festival in Fields of Mistria

The highlight of the Animal Festival is the contest where you can enter **up to two of your farm-raised animals**—one small (like chickens, ducks, or rabbits) and one large (like cows, alpacas, or sheep). Remember, only fully grown adults are eligible to compete.

How to Enter the Animal Festival Contest

To participate, head to the festival grounds in the center of town and speak with **Josephine** at the front counter. She'll direct you to the two booths behind her where you can register your animals. Josephine will also share two crucial tips for boosting your score. Firstly, the **more hearts your animal has**, the better your chances. You can increase their hearts by petting them, picking them up, feeding them well, and letting them enjoy sunny days outside.
