This week's tasks are:

Be Born a Male
Starting off the challenge, being born a male is the simplest task. You can start a random life and hope for the best, use an existing male character, or create a custom life and select male as your gender. The location isn't critical, but if you have access to the Jobs Pack and the Crime Special Talent, grab it. This talent increases your chances of success in the final task and reduces the risk of incarceration.
Work as a Mail Carrier for 15+ Years

As you grow up, stay out of legal trouble. Once you graduate high school, head to the full-time job listings and search for the Mail Carrier position. A clean record should secure you the job without issues.
If the Mail Carrier job isn't available, take any job to keep the cash flowing and check back after aging up. It might take a few attempts, as it did for me, but persistence pays off. Once you're a mail carrier, stick with it for at least 15 years, which you can easily track via the challenge progress at the top of your screen.
Hook Up with 5+ Mothers and Have 3+ Children with Flings
You can tackle these two tasks simultaneously. Navigate to Activities > Love > Hook Up and agree to any opportunity that arises. While you won't know if your hook-up has children, hooking up with multiple women each year over a few years should help you complete this task.
To increase your chances of having children with flings, opt not to use a condom during these encounters. Be aware, this also raises the risk of contracting an STD, which you can treat by visiting a doctor or, if you're lucky, through prayer. Keep hooking up until you check off both tasks, and you'll likely earn the Lustful Ribbon along the way.
Murder Your Own Mother

Save this task for last due to the high risk of imprisonment. The Crime Special Talent can be your ally here, boosting your success rate. When you're ready, go to Activities > Crime > Murder, select your mom as the target, and choose your method. A successful murder completes the challenge.
There's a chance your mom might die before you're ready to take this step. If that happens, you'll need to use Time Travel to go back or start a new life and try again.
