Fans of *Star Wars Jedi: Survivor* had plenty to be excited about, with new figures of Nightsister Merrin and a three-pack featuring series star Cal Kestis alongside Turgle and Skoova Stev. Notably, Cal's figure comes with multiple swap-out heads, including a much-requested handlebar mustache look. Jing Houle shared the playful approach behind this design, "Honestly, we just wanted to have fun with it. This is one of my favorite packs that we revealed in the panel. We started with the handlebar mustache and the mullet, then added the clean cut and the short beard later. The primary look is almost the handlebar, and it's just so much fun."
Merrin, an integral part of the *Fallen Order/Survivor* saga, joins Cal in this new lineup. Chris Reiff highlighted the challenges and rewards of capturing her unique Force abilities, "It's tough to have Cal without Merrin. So we're glad we finally got to Merrin, but doing that Force effect, the green blast, all the great detail of that new costume and the face tattoos with the inkjet... She's a really cool character I know fans are invested in, and really being able to build out that world."
Even classic characters like Han Solo and Chewbacca are getting fresh updates. Despite the numerous iterations over the years, Houle believes there's always room for improvement, "We haven't done them in a long time. They needed an update, so we gave them fully new tools with the latest articulation so fans can really celebrate and enjoy classic characters... We learned a lot from the Wookiees with their long hair, using softer plastics so Chewie can still pivot and move his head seamlessly. For Han, we added articulation to the top of the boot instead of the thigh to keep the red bars clean."

One of the standout figures is The Ronin, inspired by the *Star Wars: Visions* anime series. This black-and-white figure, with its red katana lightsaber, is a Celebration-exclusive release. Both Houle and Reiff emphasized the attention to detail, "We kept to it, taking learnings from Japanese culture. The way the box is built, the premium look, the magnets that let it open, the watercoloring, the hidden accessories... There was so much attention from packaging to design to engineering." Reiff added, "And even the Japanese language for this exclusive packaging, because we're here in Japan, we wanted to embrace that and create a special package in Japanese language."
For fans of the 1:1 scale Black Series helmet line, Hasbro revealed a stunningly detailed Death Trooper helmet. Reiff described it as, "A great fully new tooled helmet for the Black Series Premium roleplay line. It looks like it's straight out of the movie with the weathering, the lighting detail... You poke a button on the side to control the chin lights and the spectre sensor lights. Working with Lucasfilm, we could really nail all the details of this helmet and add our own stuff to the inside."
