Introducing Rent Ready Flutter Technology A1, a revolutionary app designed, developed, and deployed to simplify the assessment of rent-ready spaces. Whether you're on the go or at your desk, the app is available on both web and mobile platforms, ensuring you have access wherever you are.

How does it work? It's as easy as 1-2-3:

1. Download the App - Get started by downloading the Rent Ready app from your preferred app store or accessing the web version.
2. Scan the QR Code - Upon entering a Rent Ready space, simply scan the provided QR code.
3. That's it! - You're now ready to enjoy the space with its array of amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, private phone booths, printers, lockers, and meeting rooms.

Once inside, indulge in unlimited barista-made drinks from our Espresso Bar. Our specialty coffee beans are carefully selected and roasted by 'Kiss the Hippo Coffee,' London's pioneering carbon-negative coffee company. Complement your beverage with unlimited fruits and artisan pastries. When it's time to leave, whether after a quick 30-minute session or a full 12-hour workday, just scan the QR code again to exit. Your payment is automatically processed at the end of your session, ensuring a seamless experience.

How much does it cost? You only pay for the time you spend inside the space: £9.20 per hour (or 15p per minute), with a daily cap of £54 (all prices include VAT). For larger groups, our meeting room, which accommodates up to 6 people, is available for £60 per hour (including VAT) and can be pre-booked directly through the app in convenient 30-minute slots.

Where are we located? Our first location is in the heart of South Kensington, just a 2-minute walk from the tube station at 29 Harrington Road, London, SW7 3HQ. We're excited to announce that additional locations will be opening soon across the UK.
