The alphabet for children and toddlers plays a crucial role in early education, enabling young learners to quickly master letters and sounds, paving the way for early reading skills. Our game includes two voiceover options: a mode for sounds and a mode for letters, all in Russian.

Suitable for both young children and toddlers, the ideal age to introduce the alphabet ranges from 4 to 6 years old, though some gifted children may start as early as 3 years old, with the optimal age being 5 years, the year before entering school.

Begin your child's alphabet journey with vowels: A, O, U, Y, I, E, Yo, E, Yu, Ya (10 in total), which are easier to pronounce and learn. Start with the basic 6 vowel sounds: A, O, U, Y, I, E, and then introduce the 4 vowel letters formed by combining two sounds: E = Y + O; E = Y + E; Yu = Y + U; Ya = Y + A. Vowels can also be categorized as stressed or unstressed.

Move on to consonants next: B, V, G, D, ZH, Z, J, K, L, M, N, P, R, S, T, F, X, Ts, Ch, Sh, Shch (21 in total), plus 2 auxiliary letters Ъ and Ь. The Russian alphabet comprises a total of 33 letters.
