The Peak Hunters app features a growing database of summits across the Czech Republic and neighboring regions. Using your phone's GPS, you can log your ascents and earn a point score based on the peak's altitude and climb difficulty. You can add personal ratings and photos to every peak you conquer. All peaks are displayed clearly on the map, and you can filter them by country, mountain range, or distance from your current location. Download offline map data for areas with poor signal—maps are powered by OpenStreetMap and include marked hiking trails. If you notice a missing summit or plan to climb one not yet listed, you can submit it by long-pressing the location on the map. Once approved, it joins the database and you earn bonus points for the contribution. Peak Hunters offers expanding statistics and collectible badges. You keep all badges earned, and rare ones come with special recognition. Check a 48-hour weather forecast for any peak to help plan your trips. A handy feature lets you identify a summit by simply pointing your phone toward it with the correct distance filter enabled. Use the app completely anonymously in incognito mode. While fully functional, this mode doesn't allow profile transfer, logout, or data recovery if your device is lost. We recommend trying incognito mode first, then converting to a registered profile. The app is ad-free and costs nothing. It was born from a hiker's passion for tracking peaks on travels with reliable offline maps.
