As summer reaches its peak (for those enjoying pleasant weather, at least), mobile gamers can expect seasonal updates from their favorite titles. Following recent 25th anniversary festivities, The Sims Freeplay is making waves with its Make a Splash summer update!

No summer would be complete without backyard grilling, pool parties, and outdoor celebrations. The Sims Freeplay embraces the season with a fresh event lineup starting July 8th, featuring the competitive "Risk It for the Brisket" Simchase challenge where players must out-grill their rivals.

Players can also join the SimTown Pride Party Craft Challenge to celebrate Pride month in-game. Meanwhile, the notorious Nancy Landgraab returns with her latest scheme - attempting to replace the community pool with a parking lot. Players must stop her antics through the new Influence Island event launching June 23rd.

Exploring New Horizons

Adding to the excitement, Rocky Heights will welcome the scenic Breezy Fields neighborhood. Inspired by the vibrant tulip fields of the Netherlands, this picturesque area becomes available after completing Rustic Acres, the game's first neighborhood.
