La décision surprenante de Netflix de proposer Squid Game : Unleashed gratuitement à tous les joueurs, abonnés et non-abonnés, avant les vacances, était une stratégie audacieuse. Désormais, avec cette nouvelle mise à jour de contenu, ils encouragent intelligemment l'audience en offrant des récompenses dans le jeu pour avoir regardé la saison deux !

Qu’est-ce qui attend les joueurs ? À partir du 3 janvier, une nouvelle carte inspirée du mini-jeu Mingle de Squid Game Season Two sera lancée. Trois nouveaux personnages jouables – Geum-Ja, Yong-Sik et le rappeur Thanos – feront également leurs débuts tout au long du mois de janvier.

Geum-Ja et Thanos auront chacun des événements spéciaux en jeu respectivement les 3 et 9 janvier, permettant aux joueurs de les débloquer. Et les récompenses ne s'arrêtent pas là ! Regarder des épisodes de la saison 2 de Squid Game rapporte aux joueurs de l'argent et des jetons Wild dans le jeu. Regarder jusqu'à sept épisodes débloque la tenue exclusive Binni Binge-Watcher !

Voici le calendrier du contenu de janvier pour Squid Game : Unleashed :

3 janvier : Lancement d'une nouvelle carte Mingle aux côtés de Geum-Ja. L'événement Dalgona Mash Up Collection commence (jusqu'au 9 janvier), mettant les joueurs au défi de terminer des mini-jeux inspirés de Mingle et de collecter des boîtes de Dalgona.
9 janvier : Thanos arrive avec son propre événement de recrutement, le Thanos’ Red Light Challenge (jusqu’au 14 janvier). Les joueurs éliminent les adversaires à l'aide de couteaux pour le débloquer.
16 janvier : Yong-Sik rejoint la liste en tant que dernier nouveau personnage de cette mise à jour.
