Marvel Rivals de NetEase Games lance la saison 1 : Eternal Night Falls avec une surprise : des skins gratuits pour Peni Parker et Scarlet Witch ! L'attaque de Dracula contre New York ouvre la voie, avec les Quatre Fantastiques en tête. La saison s'étend du 10 janvier au 11 avril 2025.

Cette saison introduit l'intégralité des Quatre Fantastiques dans la liste du jeu. Mister Fantastic et Invisible Woman sont disponibles au lancement, tandis que Human Torch et The Thing arrivent dans une mise à jour de mi-saison (selon les rumeurs, il s'agirait respectivement d'un Duelist et d'un Vanguard).

Les joueurs peuvent gagner des récompenses cosmétiques gratuites ! Le skin "Blue Tarantula" de Peni Parker (un superbe design bleu ciel et blanc) et le skin "Emporium Matron" de Scarlet Witch (un ensemble cramoisi et violet) peuvent être obtenus en accomplissant des quêtes gratuites et en gagnant des jetons Chrono. Bien qu'une emote gratuite Scarlet Witch soit incluse, son animation MVP nécessite le pass de combat premium. Un skin Thor gratuit est également à gagner via l'événement Midnight Features.
