HoYoverse a dévoilé les détails de la mise à jour de la version 2.6 de Honkai: Star Rail, "Annals of Pinecany's Mappou Age", lancée le 23 octobre. Cette mise à jour transporte les joueurs à Penacony et à sa vibrante Paperfold University, célébrant son anniversaire dans une atmosphère animée de campus.

Nouveau personnage : Rappa

Le point culminant de la version 2.6 est l'introduction de Rappa, un Galaxy Ranger 5 étoiles qui s'identifie comme un ninja. Son gameplay tourne autour du ninjutsu, incorporant des mantras, des parchemins, des graffitis et des éléments de rap. La quête de Rappa se concentre sur la traque du méchant Ninja Osaru. Son attaque ultime, Sealform Ningu : Demonbane Petalblade, présente une perspective à la première personne, permettant aux joueurs de décimer les ennemis et de réduire considérablement leur endurance.
